The Gratitude Challenge

Raise your vibration and inner happiness. Take the gratitude challenge for thirty days. I did this for thirty days. Guess what, It's something I do everyday and has made a huge difference. I feel more happy from the inside out. If that makes sense. Things that bothered me before don't anymore.  Get Ready Set Go. You'll need a pencil or pen, notebook and a little old fashion discipline. On day one write one thing you're grateful for. On the second day write down two things you're grateful for and so on. By the 30th day You'll have written thirty things you're grateful for. Here's the catch you can't be grateful for the same thing everyday. You must have 465 different things not the paper.
